Common questions
We’re only small. Do we really need this?
Even a one or two person business relies on email, files and online accounts. Setting them up properly from the start costs less than fixing them later, and makes it easy to add people as you grow.
Can we use the laptops we already have?
Usually, yes. We’ll check they’re up to the job and set them up securely for business use.
Can you help us choose between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. We’ll explain the differences in plain English and recommend the one that fits how you work. Both include business email, file storage and video calls.
What happens at the free consultation?
We review your current IT systems with you and explain what onboarding with Computer Medic would look like. There’s no cost and no obligation.
What are your support hours?
We’re available 9am–5pm, seven days a week, with out-of-hours help for emergencies.
