About Computer Medic
Computer Medic is a local, owner-led IT support company for businesses, based at the South Suffolk Business Centre in Sudbury.
Who we are
Computer Medic is run by its owner, who has more than 20 years’ experience in IT, together with a small team. We look after the computers, email, security and backups of businesses across Suffolk and North Essex.
Most of the businesses we support have somewhere between a handful and a hundred staff. They don’t want to employ their own IT department, but they do want their IT handled properly by people who know their setup and pick up the phone.

We review your current IT with you and explain what working with us would look like.

You complete our onboarding questionnaire and, with your agreement, we audit your computers with our monitoring software.
3. Onboarding
We fix the urgent issues first, set up monitoring and make sure your team knows how to reach us.
4. Ongoing support
We look after everything day to day, from helpdesk requests to updates, security and backup.
