Managed backup is for any business that would struggle if its email, files or accounts system disappeared tomorrow.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace keep your services running, but they aren’t a complete backup. Deleted items, ransomware and account problems can still lose you data, and a separate managed backup covers those gaps.

Common questions
Isn’t Microsoft 365 already backed up?
Microsoft and Google keep their services running, but they don’t keep everything forever. Deleted emails and files, ransomware and account problems can still lose you data, which is why a separate backup is worth having.
How quickly can you restore something?
Most single files and emails can be restored remotely once you tell us what’s missing. Larger restores, such as a whole computer, depend on how much data is involved, and we keep you updated throughout.
Where are the backups kept?
Backups are kept in cloud storage that is separate from your office and from your Microsoft 365 or Google account, so a problem in one place doesn’t take the copies with it.

What are your support hours?
We’re available 9am–5pm, seven days a week, with out-of-hours help for emergencies.
