How it works
1. Free consultation
We review your current IT with you and explain what working with us would look like. There’s no obligation.
2. IT health check
You fill in our onboarding questionnaire and, if you’re happy, we audit your computers with our monitoring software.
3. Onboarding plan
We agree what needs fixing first, set up monitoring and support, and make sure everyone knows how to reach us.
4. Ongoing support
Your team calls or emails us when they need help, and we keep everything updated, secure and backed up in the background.
