We do not usually repair printers due to jams or mechanical failure as the cost is generally more than a new printer; however, below are some tips to help get you unjammed!
To remove paper from a printer jam, first turn off the printer and unplug it to prevent any accidental injuries or damage. Then, carefully remove any visible pieces of paper that are stuck inside the printer. Be sure to check for any torn pieces of paper that may be hidden inside the printer. Once you have removed all of the visible pieces of paper, gently try to move the printer’s internal mechanisms, such as the ink cartridges or the paper tray, to see if that helps clear the jam. If you are unable to clear the jam, you may need to consult the printer’s manual for further instructions or contact the manufacturer for assistance.
